HHA Community Property - Tree Trimming & Removal

Our common property is for the enjoyment of all community members. Therefore, the Board has a long standing policy against any tree removal and/or trimming on any common property, unless the tree or part of the tree is an actual hazard for community safety.  The Board will not remove or trim any tree on common property for any other reason.  Nor does the Board authorize any property owners to remove or trim trees on the common property.

We also remind property owners that most of our common property is within 200 feet of the shoreline.  Therefore ANY work that would be done in this area would be governed by the Washington Shoreline Management Act, and would require permitting as such.
